West Bromwich Albion and Intouch Games – A winning partnership

Watched by a global TV audience of millions, the new English football season recently kicked off with West Bromwich Albion against Bournemouth as the first game. The eagle-eyed amongst you may have noticed something different about West Brom’s kit too. That’s because at Intouch Games we’re proud to announce that we are the club’s new back of shirt sponsor for the 2021/22 season.

The Intouch Games logo will feature on the home shirt, while our most popular brand, mFortune, will take pride of place on the back of the away and third kit.

With high-flying aspirations that match our own, West Brom are hoping to achieve promotion back to the Premier League at the first time of asking. As one of the favourites to get promoted, expect to see plenty of West Brom games televised regularly to millions via Sky Sports and BT Sport.

Speaking about the partnership, Intouch Games founder Simon Wilson said: “It is a real bonus for a local business our size, that was started in the Black Country and is still operating here, to be able to sponsor the local football club.

“Not many clubs nowadays are sponsored by local businesses. Everyone at Intouch Games is really excited about this opportunity. We are all looking forward to a long-term relationship with West Bromwich Albion and hopefully bringing them a winning streak and back to the Premier League.”

Simon King, Albion’s Chief Commercial Officer, is delighted the club and Intouch Games have reached an agreement for the coming season.

He said: “Intouch Games have had a remarkable success story in such a short space of time, and we’re delighted that we can work closely with such a successful Black Country-based business. They are a big employer in the region and we can’t wait to work closely with the Intouch team to develop our relationship.

“Although this agreement is set to cover the 2021/22 season, both parties acknowledge that this has the potential to form an incredibly positive and prosperous long-term partnership.

“We’re also grateful that the team at Intouch Games have agreed to change the colour and style of their mFortune logo to preserve the fantastic design of our away and third kits for this season.”
